Graphic Designer

Working within our Creative team you will be creating innovative, results-focussed campaigns, including developing concepts for digital and print advertising, brand catalogues, POS, social campaigns, video, photography and graphic design for our multiple brands.

What will I be doing?
• Work closely with the Creative Manager and Lead Design to respond to briefs for the provision of design material in keeping with existing brand identities.
• Delivering highly creative, consistent and brand-specific content and design.
• Making sure that all work is of an exceptional standard, meets all stakeholder requirements and fulfils the creative brief.
• Helping evolve the brand guidelines to keep us relevant to our audience.
• Generating ideas and selling them into stakeholders and other members of the team.
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Junior Sales Executive

Passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable, our Sales team have proven credentials and are committed to supporting our retailers through careful, insightful and personal account management. We are looking for an energetic, flexible and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our team.

About the role:
This is an entry level position with the primary purpose of the role to support the Key Account Managers in administrative duties, securing sales and distribution gains for our action sport lifestyle brands through positive sales relationships with new and existing customers. The role is mainly office based with the opportunity to visit accounts during busy sale periods.

What will I be accountable for?
• Administrative support to the Key Account Managers and Sales Manager.
• Day to day administrative duties of Amazon account.
• Accurately recording sales and order information.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through frequent contact and pro-active communication.
• Setting and maintaining high standards to exceed client expectations by providing exceptional customer service.
• Pre-empting and responding to customer needs through active listening to gain a clear understanding of their business and target consumer.
• Managing the contact database for the assigned territory for marketing purposes.
• Liaising with the warehouse and others in the sales team to check the progress of existing orders.
• Representing Shiner at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations when necessary.
• Managing the returns process as appropriate.
• Maintaining own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Interacting with other teams, especially Finance, Marketing and the Warehouse.
• Attending team meetings and review meeting to share best practice and discuss ongoing strategy.
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Sales Executive – France

We are looking for an energetic, flexible and enthusiastic Sales Executive to grow Body Glove and our Action Sports brand portfolio sales in France. You will be responsible for securing and increasing sales and distribution gains by building positive sales relationships with new and existing customers.
You will:
• Have a connection with the brand and reflect the same values.
• Be willing to travel across France with a focus on West and outs West to visit customers and attend trade shows.
• Have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills and a can-do attitude.
As far as qualification and experience go, your personal qualities count more than your experience, but you will need to have worked in a similar role to understand the needs of the accounts. You will be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and be passionate about relationship building and customer service.
