Inventory Administrator

We have an opportunity for an Inventory Administrator to join our Warehouse team. The purpose of this job is to compare the quantities of items physically present in the warehouse to the inventory records on the Warehouse Management System, reporting any necessary adjustments to the Inventory Shift Controller.

You will have warehousing experience and be a cooperative team worker. Strong customer service skills and an eye for detail are a given.

Microsoft Power BI Designer

An opportunity to turn data into information to enable the directors and other internal stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

The primary purpose of this job is to (1) collect, analyse and interpret raw data, (2) analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, (3) translate the data by preparing understandable and unambiguous reports, making use of graphic features, and (4) work closely with directors, managers and other business units.

You’ll have a BSc in Maths, Economics, Computer Science or have the equivalent experience or qualifications. Being analytical and having robust problem solving skills is a given, as is your meticulous attention to detail. You will also be a great communicator, to help you to easily explain complex ideas.

In terms of technical skills, you will have advanced Excel, Alteryx, query and MS Business Intelligence skills, with SQL coding an advantage. You will also be familiar with data warehousing, data mining and data mapping.

Financial Controller

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with plenty of relevant and hands-on experience to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your job will be to prepare, examine, analyse and interpret the accounting records, statements and other financial reports. Close analysis of business performance is central to providing insight on trends, costs and revenue to drive business performance.

Qualified and with appropriate experience, you will be a whizz with excel (macros, index and match, vlookup, data sorting, if functions and pivot tables), have a meticulous attention to detail and be massively organised. You will have experience with ERP systems and Databases, with Data warehousing being an advantage. Being analytical, financially astute and technically strong is a given. We’d also like you to be able to lead, supervise, support and work in a small, close-knit team.
